A letter from Councillor Moriarty Adams

We are just 2 months away from the 2015 Primary Election in Indianapolis, and I couldn’t be happier with the way our campaign has kicked off. From the earliest days of this race, we've built strong support among local elected officials, and I’ve had the opportunity to meet with neighbors, community leaders, and business owners at every corner of District 12.
Over the next few months, we will ramp up our efforts even further: knocking on doors, making phone calls, and visiting events throughout the area to ensure every single voter has a chance to share their concerns and be a part of this campaign.
But I still need your help. Here’s what you can do to be a part of our success:
Make a donation If you haven’t done so already, I hope you’ll consider making a contribution of $25, $50 or $100 to help us reach out to voters and get our message heard. Close to 120 people have already stepped forward to offer their support. I hope I can count you among them.
Be the connection Irvington and the surrounding neighborhoods are a special place. While you may or may not be able to vote for me, you might know someone who can. Take a few moments and think through your east side friends and family, and send me an email. I’d love to introduce myself and hear what they are looking for in their next City-County Councillor.
Like, tweet or log on The simplest and easiest way you can help is to share our Facebook page with your friends, tweet our handle at your followers, and encourage folks to visit our website. It only takes a minute or two, and it is a huge help for the campaign.
Spend Election Day with us It's not an easy job, but I will need 12 individuals to help me on Election Day - May 5, 2015. If you’re willing to chip in, please give me a call or email me, and we will find a way for you to help.
More than anything, I’m grateful to have so many friends and family standing with me as we embark on this adventure. I’ll keep you posted as things come up (not too frequently, I assure you).
